If you're currently a flow state member, you can speak to your physiotherapy trained coach about a new injury, gain advice on management including time frames, cross training, return to running plans & (best of all) strength training. This can then be input straight in to your team buildr plan!
Discuss your current or past injury concerns with an experienced physiotherapist that is passionate about running. From there, you can receive a clear plan on how to manage your issue with specific goals to improve your symptoms.
If you have private health extras, you will be able to claim this consult with your receipt.
