Lachlan Avery

Lachlan Avery trail running

Lachy is a sport & exercise physiotherapist that has worked in high performance sport for over a decade. Through his roles with British Athletics and the Victorian Institute of Sport he has worked with some of the best runners in the world. He is passionate about sharing his expertise with the running community to improve their exercise experience.

Christiaan has a background in sport physiotherapy with experience across AFL, VFL and running performance settings. With well over a decade of middle distance racing experience himself, he brings a deep understanding of performance and training.

He is passionate about helping people build strength, resilience and confidence to move and perform at their best!

Sam Toll

 Sam is physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in track, road, and cross-country racing, competing regularly at state and national levels. Sam is enthusiastic about combining his clinical knowledge and further qualifications as an ASCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and Athletics Australia Recreational Running Coach to help athletes of all abilities get the most out of their running!
