Yes. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, and coach runners worldwide. Calls and check-ins are scheduled around coach availability and time zones.
Not necessarily. We can program for gym, home, or minimal equipment. Gym access gives more options, but it is not required.
Most runners do best with 2 sessions per week. Some do 3 depending on goals, time, and training load. We choose the minimum effective dose that you can actually maintain.
If your main goal is diagnosis and rehab planning, our Telehealth Physiotherapy option may be a better first step. If you are training but managing niggles, injury-aware coaching may be appropriate.
Progression is based on your history, current load, and response to training. We prioritise consistency over aggressive jumps.
