Yes. We tailor the program to your running type. Trail runners often need more eccentric and single leg durability. Road runners often need efficient strength that does not compromise key sessions.
Some early soreness is normal. We manage the dose and timing so it supports your running rather than competing with it.
Yes. We build injury aware plans and adjust based on how you respond. If you need formal assessment and rehab planning, Telehealth Physiotherapy may be the better first step.
Yes. We coach worldwide, with most clients currently in Melbourne and Victoria. Calls and check ins depend on coach availability and time zones.
