Yes. We tailor the program to your running type. Trail runners often need more eccentric and single leg durability. Road runners often need efficient strength that does not compromise key sessions.
Yes. We take injury history seriously and build the plan with that context. If you need formal assessment and rehab planning, Telehealth Physiotherapy may be the better starting point.
Some soreness is normal early. The goal is to introduce strength in a way that supports your running, not wipes you out. We manage dose and timing.
Yes. We coach worldwide, with most clients currently in Melbourne and Victoria. Calls and check ins depend on coach availability and time zones.
